By partnering directly with your veterinarian and focusing on one behavior issue at a time, we’re able to deliver specialist-guided behavior care to far more families, without cutting corners. Behavior guidance is structured by design, while medication recommendations remain individualized and shared directly with your vet.
Most families can begin within days. Email support is included. Optional 1:1 Zoom support is available if you want more personalized guidance outside the core plan, so you only pay for extra help when you need it.

Optional 1:1 Support with Ease Experts
Your core plan includes one Zoom onboarding, and ongoing email support. If you want additional one-on-one Zoom time, you can book it for $75 per session.
These sessions are with Debbie Martin, who is among a very small group of Veterinary Technician Specialists (Behavior) worldwide and an Elite Fear Free Certified Professional. Access to this level of expertise is typically hard to find.
These consults provide personalized guidance beyond the core plan. They’re entirely optional, and not required for success, but many families find them invaluable.

Referral Window
Behavior issues almost always get worse if left untreated, and because veterinary behaviorist expertise is so scarce, we ask families to begin within this window. If you’re not ready, we use that time to help another pet who’s waiting.
You can purchase within 60 days of your vet’s referral. After that, the referral expires, and a new one is needed.
