Raffle Official Rules
Host. Ease Pet Vet LLC (“Ease”) is the sole administrator of this raffle.
Prize. Premium Pet Bed Giveaway. Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries. Quantity and timing, if any, remain at Ease’s discretion. No cash alternative. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted by the winner.
Eligibility. Must be 18 years or older and a VMX conference attendee in Orlando. Void where prohibited.
Entry. Enter by scanning the Ease QR code at our booth and completing the entry form with your first name, last name, email address, and a brief required response. One entry per person.
Submission Standard. The required field must relate to pet behavior in a generous sense, including a question, scenario, or comment about gaps in practice. Ease may remove entries that are unrelated or automated gibberish. Not all submissions will be answered.
Filming & Anonymous Use. A limited number of submissions may be read aloud on video and shared publicly by Ease (website, social media). All published content will remain educational and anonymous. Names, clinics, or other identifiers will not be published.
Notification. Ease will notify winner(s) using the email address provided. Non-response within a reasonable time may forfeit the prize and result in another winner selection.
Use of Contact Information. Ease may use contact information to administer the fulfill the raffle and may invite you by email to learn more about Ease. Ease does not sell personal information and shares only limited data with the designated supplier solely to ship prizes if you win.
Non-Affiliation. This raffle is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by VMX, NAVC, Nestlé Purina PetCare Company, or any entity other than Ease.
Changes; Cancellation. Ease reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or end the raffle if necessary to protect contest integrity or comply with law. Updates will be posted on this page.
